80s Aero Jam is a dance fitness class set to 80s music. The fitness class meet every Wednesday at Crescent Road day Centre, we turn down the lights and put on some disco lights to dance the night away with fabulous friendly people! Come and join us at either 6:00pm-6:45pm or 7:00pm-7:45pm
