An invitation to join our friendly mixed-gender group for those of you wishing to practice yoga for health and well-being.
Iyengar yoga is taught from an appropriate syllabus suitable to the students attending.
The poses are based on alignment, direction, stability, balance and precision. (Students are offered alternative equipment to help
with tight hamstrings). Regular practice promotes muscle and upper body strength, flexibility, ,
body-awareness, composure and friendliness. A sticky mat is necessary for safe practice.
